These Terms are between you and the company operating ZeitAI:

• Services — the ZeitAI platform, website, applications, APIs, and related products.
• User / You — any individual or organization accessing the Services.
• Content — prompts, inputs, and generated outputs.
• Account — your registered access to the Services.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract and comply with applicable laws to use the Services. By using ZeitAI, you represent that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ZeitAI the rights necessary to process your content to provide the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.

Subject to these Terms and your plan, you may use videos generated through the Services. AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

You agree not to misuse the Services, including:

• Violating laws or third-party rights
• Generating unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or bypass security
• Reselling or misrepresenting the Services without authorization

The Services, including software, models, and branding, are owned by ZeitAI or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our IP except as expressly stated.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing cycle you select. Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in these Terms.

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or as required by law.

We strive to keep the Services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control may affect availability.

The Services may integrate third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeitAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business arising from use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold ZeitAI harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process information.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages, natural events, or other force majeure circumstances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer law applies.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns. Disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction stated above.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
